The World’s Dumbest Painting

I know it is ridiculous, and crass, for me to be touting my “art” in these batsh!t crazy times, but maybe we need a few mindless distractions.  And maybe that is why I painted what I have referred to as the world’s dumbest painting.  Those few lovelies that I have already shown the piece to, so far, do not concur with me that this is indeed the world’s dumbest painting.  Regardless, I do think I have achieved something that is mind-numbingly stupid . . . without trying, mind you.  And I am kinda proud of that.  It is 6” x 8” and priced at $350.

I have also continued painting the little 4”x4” “incidentals” . . . a few more malicious marginalia rabbits, as well other silly things.  At the art fairs, these are priced at one for $75, two for $140 and three for $200.  See attached images for the newest batch.  

And speaking of art fairs, next week I will be set up at the 48th Annual Cain Park Art Festival in Cleveland Heights, Ohio.  It is a free three-day fest:

FRIDAY, JULY 11: 3-8 PM 

SATURDAY, JULY 12: 10 AM-8 PM
